Public procurement(tenders law) is governed by Law No.37 of 1964 as modified by Law No’s.13 and 31 of 1970 and 1977, respectively. Dr. Khaled Al-Yaqout Law Firm is taking active initiatives and counseling a large number of local and international clients on all issues relating to Public Procurement(Tenders Law) by the Kuwaiti Govt. Our work on this area includes advising the clients on the procedures involved for the procurements in particular jurisdictions, types of contracts subject to the procurement laws and the different rules and regulations affecting the procedures.
